Invoicing: Invoices for our marketing services will be sent as outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the invoice.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice not later than 7 days prior to the end of the term of this agreement.

Auto-Renewal – Both parties agree that, at the end of the term of this agreement, this agreement shall renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party in writing with no less than 7 days advance notice. Should this agreement auto-renew, the agreement shall renew at prevailing rates for same services as defined on the fee schedule for such services.
